Other Predictions:

  • I might just be a homer, but I really do think the Royals can make a deep run. It all depends on pitching and a Moose. They filled in the gaps on offense but how much will losing Santana cost.
  • Speaking of Santana, I don’t think he’ll win over 12 games.
  • The Dodgers will win close to 110 games.
  • Teams to watch out for: Diamondbacks, Twins, Orioles, the Cubs in 2016
  • Hosmer will break Steve Balboni’s regular season home run record. He’ll bat .317 with 37 dingers and 119 RBI.
  • The Yankees are old but deep enough to make some noise. Jeter will make a final trip to October but fall short of the Dodgers.
  • I’m not shocked if Detroit finishes 3rd in the division.
  • I’m also not shocked if the Blue Jays aren’t in the cellar and have a bounce back year.
  • I’m not sure if he’ll make the team out of spring but keep an eye on Billy Burns of the A’s. Dude can wheel.
  • A bad toe will cost Mike Trout at least 40 games
  • Miguel Cabrera will have a down year.
  • 95 steals for Billy Hamilton
  • After a 5 game losing streak Don Mattingly grows out his mustache and hair again. The Dodgers win 25 straight games.
  • The Astros aren’t the worst team in the AL. That honor goes to the White Sox.
  • Albert Pujols has a bounce back year.
  • Pete Rose still won’t be in the Hall of Fame which is utterly stupid.

One Comment

  1. Since I’ve moved to Denver, I’m now a Rockies fan. No playoff expectations this year for us, as the NL West is just too deep. I think we can get to 82 wins, though!
